Prepare for the interview a startup founder or a small team's hiring manager runs, where every line on your resume is followed by 'why?' until your real decisions show. Learn to tell one real story you owned, give honest numbers and say how you know them, answer a chain of whys on every resume line, think through a case question aloud, explain your best technical work to a founder and to an engineer, defend your technical choices to a technical founder and share a demo they can open, and name your strengths and weaknesses with evidence. Practise with an AI interviewer on your own key, or with a written exercise that completes the same step. Based on research on interviews, with the main ideas credited to the researchers behind them.

A gentle, playful start in clear thinking, with no coding and no hard maths. Break problems into steps, reason with rules, spot hidden assumptions and weak arguments, make good guesses with rough numbers, and check what an AI tells you before you trust it. Every module starts with a puzzle from everyday life: markets, family budgets, study and freelancing.

Find out why things really happen, at work and in life. Tell a cause from a coincidence, test a cause fairly, dig past symptoms to root causes, solve problems like a detective, see the feedback loops in a system, and ask 'and then what?' before you act. Every module is practice with everyday cases: shops, freelance work, study, phones and family plans.

Build your resume, your LinkedIn profile, a personal site with case studies and a blog, and the career arc document they all come from. Founders and hiring managers have more applications than time, and fluent writing is now cheap, so what they trust is work they can check. You build the kit piece by piece, evidence first: a career arc document, a proof-of-work inventory with numbers you can source, one strong project plan for the AI era, a showcase a stranger can open, a resume with owned bullets, a LinkedIn profile you use well, a case study, a post with a plan for sharing it, and a plan for your personal site (putting it live is encouraged). Practise with the AI interviewer on your own key, or with a written exercise that completes the same step.
