Build your resume, your LinkedIn profile, a personal site with case studies and a blog, and the career arc document they all come from. Founders and hiring managers have more applications than time, and fluent writing is now cheap, so what they trust is work they can check. You build the kit piece by piece, evidence first: a career arc document, a proof-of-work inventory with numbers you can source, one strong project plan for the AI era, a showcase a stranger can open, a resume with owned bullets, a LinkedIn profile you use well, a case study, a post with a plan for sharing it, and a plan for your personal site (putting it live is encouraged). Practise with the AI interviewer on your own key, or with a written exercise that completes the same step.

What you'll build
Finish a career kit a mentor can review in under 30 minutes: a career arc document, a proof-of-work inventory and claim ledger, one project plan that passes the idea filter, a resume and a LinkedIn profile where every number has a source you can name, one case study, one blog post with a plan for about ten channels, and a personal site plan with the case study and the post on it. Then defend it in a full AI interview or a recorded five-minute walkthrough, where a mentor picks any line and you show where its number came from.
