Instructor · Dev Weekends
By Zeeshan Adil. Learn Docker for work and for interviews by doing the job. You see what a container really is and what Docker adds, take an image apart, write Dockerfiles that survive code review, make builds fast in CI, release images by digest, connect containers, run a whole stack with Compose, deploy without dropping requests, set limits that protect the host, debug a broken container from evidence, read a security scan, and ship to a production-like host you can break and roll back. Every module has a hands-on challenge you run on your own machine and measure, and every module ends with an interview round. The capstone containerizes a three-service system, ships it through a pipeline, breaks it on purpose and asks you to defend it. Build chapters need a laptop with Docker Engine (Linux or WSL2), Docker Desktop, or a GitHub Codespace; on a phone, each has a replay of a recorded run.

What you'll build
Your own copy of the course repository with measured results for every challenge, a production Dockerfile and Compose stack for a three-service system, a pipeline that builds with cache, scans, makes an SBOM, signs and pushes, a deploy by digest with a rollback you have practised, three failure experiments with a runbook, and a recorded defence you can give in an interview.
